Authentic South Indian Restaurant
A handful of favourites our kitchen is especially proud of this morning.
One Benne Plain Dosa, a hot cup of tea, and a piece of melt-in-your-mouth Mysore Pak to finish — our most-loved combination, together at a special price.

Snapshots from our kitchen, our plates, and the traditions behind them.
Shree Benne began with a simple idea — bring the unmistakable taste of a Davangere benne dosa, soft idlis and crisp medu vada to Nashik, without diluting a single tradition along the way. Our name itself, Benne, means butter — the ingredient that defines our signature dosa and the warmth we hope every guest feels at our table.
From the batter fermented overnight to the podi ground fresh each morning, nothing on our menu is rushed. It's South Indian food the way it's meant to be — humble, generous, and deeply comforting.

“The Benne Dosa here is exactly like Davangere — crisp edges, soft centre, and that unmistakable butter aroma. Nashik needed this.”

“Finally a place that gets idli-sambar right — soft idlis, tangy sambar, and chutneys that don't taste mass-produced.”
